Reading "The Book" that inspires their philosophy
I feel like my boss is a brother and mentor not a manager per se.
They truly care about creating a win/win/win environment where the employee is winning, the client is winning, and the company is winning.
They pay a larger than average share of the health benefits than most employers and offer some very exciting perks designed to encourage taking time off without fear of being considered a slacker or fired.
We meet in the main office several times a year for a week, which a huge undertaking since many of us are remote in other states, and get together for team building and training. I look forward to these trips.
