People care about each other. They are always saying hi to one another and making sure everyone is looked out for. This job has not once felt competitive. We are a team, and I have really enjoyed that environment.

I love the opportunities at Disruptive to learn and grow. There are always new things I am learning and there are so many people who are willing to help me with them. Not to mention, the environment is super upbeat and fun. People are friends here.

They tested me to see my thought process and how I would go about things. This was not the type of interview where typical interview answers would work. They seemed to care about me and how good of a person I was as well as how I thought, not necessarily what I could do.
