There is a free flow of discussion between members of the team, be it work-related as well as non-work-related coffee break chat. While we're not as close knit as some of the other teams I've seen, we still try to get together for some outings and generally enjoy each other's company.

Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?

There is no rush to either be in the office or to be constantly at the keyboard. Coffee breaks and table tennis tournaments are encouraged, as they are a good way to refresh your mind. There is also a general policy that single days off don't need to be announced much in advance.

O que você mais gosta nos lideres?

The leadership promotes and provides an atmosphere of mutual respect. As a developer, I generally feel like I have enough input on the product I work on and that my opinion matters. It often feels that the management is there to support developers' work and get me enough room to work on the project.

O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?

I've had the luck of being able to work on a lot of different features, be it fixing bugs and crashes, working on new UI elements, providing functionalities integrated into the OS. Each task feels fresh and I enjoy that a lot. If I ever get bored, it's fairly easy to move between teams internally.
