I am so grateful to be working at Egnyte. The people, culture, and benefits are all things that are great.

Working at my company (and I've worked for quite a few), this has been the most relaxed & casual. I have the best co-workers, it seems like the recruiting is done carefully to get the best of the best because everyone they hire to come onboard seems better than the last.

Very family oriented and know me as a person and seem interested in me when they come to my regional office. They are relaxed (wear jeans) and are casual, but so knowledgeable & interesting.

I have a very diverse immediate team who work all over the world. I also have an in-office team that I work with everyday who are wonderful, professional but FUN to work with.

That they are down to earth and you can have a conversation with them. Most come to visit our sites at different times to work with us, again, very down to earth. Very Family Friendly.

Always willing to share ideas and processes so you don't have to reinvent the wheel for new projects. So helpful and kind. No immature behaviors or reactions so you can be yourself, at the same time, everyone is so loving, caring and accepting.

We're from around the world but we support one another and get on great. We hit it off and we are encouraged to communicate and collaborate. Great group of people. Professional and personable. They share their experiences professionally, not reinventing the wheel for tasks.

The office is extremely pleasant and beautiful, Raleigh can't be beat. The people, although not all on the same work team, support each other and are like good acquaintances/friends. The snacks are wonderful. Dress is casual which is so important to many of us, if not all of us as an office.

None of my team are local to me, except our manager (I'm fortunate). But we're really evolving as a newer team. We are so respectful and encouraging of one another. We love seeing each other grow and celebrate each of our successes. Our manager is almost always first to celebrate us!!
