The absolute worst in customer service....all they do is keep saying someone will call you back and they never do. Meanwhile we have been without hotwater for a week.
Became a serious organization that provide essential service such as water heaters !
Great.company enjoy going to work every day
It was pretty straight forward.
Customer Agents need more training and need to improve their communication skills.
