I feel undervalued because most of the staff we hired has quit. Not only is that a red flag to us that people are constantly getting filtered theough this place, but the guests notice too. 401k is our only benefit. We get 1 week vacation with a 3 MONTHS notice and NO summers. Waxers need a break!!!
