Our store has been with out a manager for a long time just throwing responsibilities of management on staff with out management pay.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making their employees feel appreciated and heard. They have terrible support systems. They make you feel like you are walking on egg shells every shift.

The pay is always changing they take away bonuses and commission when they please.

I'm being constantly harrased by management and fellow co workers. Managment is NEVER in the center

Everything for the most part. Management needs to stop playing favorites and the owner needs to realize that employees make him money and they should be compensated fairly.
