The pay is always changing they take away bonuses and commission when they please.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It’s a fabulous store front with gorgeous guests. People that come here obviously care about taking care of themselves.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It’s a rotating door some times, but the ones who want to make a good business for themselves can be useful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our store has been with out a manager for a long time just throwing responsibilities of management on staff with out management pay.
