Everyone complains. There are too many cliques and it's annoying. Management plays favorites.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything for the most part. Management needs to stop playing favorites and the owner needs to realize that employees make him money and they should be compensated fairly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realizing that employees do have lives outside of work and that sometimes family needs will come first. Also that the rate of pay is not that reasonable for the job we are performing.
