What do you like best about the leadership team?

I can honestly say its a very supportive company. If you succeed, they succeed so they want you to be as best as you can!

They're nice. They make it easy for us to bring up conflicts in the center or even make schedule adjustments.

I have learned more from my Director of Operations than I did throughout college. Not just about waxing but how to run a business, how to inspire people, how to have difficult conversations, financial planning, the list goes on. She has believed in me and challenged me in so many ways.

My manager is someone who ran an east coast location for several years and is amazing! Were all afraid shes gonna walk away soon from how poorly the owners run their business..

The leadership is my beautiful wax specialist ladies. We help each other and respect one another. That's what i love most!

Nothing, they work us and do things that are not okay and we have no one to contact about our problems but our horrible Store manager Mike Pace

Bad core value, they don't care about your wellbeing, they only care how much they can make from you Bad structure in upper management, your workload don't equal your pay, your work and life has no balance in between.

They are kind and very professional.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I have been waxing for 16 years so i have plenty of experience however the training here is minimal.

Protecting their team inside of the business

Everything absolutely disrespecy got let go because she did not like me gave no actual reason until they were asked and work is slow yet after that emailed othwr coworkers asking to pick up shifts

to be able to listen and not feel targeted every time i went to work

Being fair. No favoritism. Being understanding.

Leadership team need to be more professional and with communication to staffs. Not being paid for work labor is unfair treatment.

Actually managing. Instead of causing drama and feeding into drama between employees.

Needs way way way more improvement in each area . They are unprofessional, catty , nonchalant, bad communication, petty , not team players , crazy expectations , wrongful termination.

Accountability, the time I invested into this company doesn't match my check.

They need to learn how to listen to the team, and treat the team with equality. Also, work as a tesm. There is no reason why we should have to do all the hard labor and they get all the credit, hours, and comission

we do not have a regional manager and our center manager is never here or holding herself accountable for the downfall of this company. she has been hiring employees that would be a great candidate as a friend than to actually hire reliable employees. rarely supplies, cust. complaints never answered
