My manager is someone who ran an east coast location for several years and is amazing! Were all afraid shes gonna walk away soon from how poorly the owners run their business..

Bad core value, they don't care about your wellbeing, they only care how much they can make from you Bad structure in upper management, your workload don't equal your pay, your work and life has no balance in between.

I have been waxing for 16 years so i have plenty of experience however the training here is minimal.
Protecting their team inside of the business
Everything absolutely disrespecy got let go because she did not like me gave no actual reason until they were asked and work is slow yet after that emailed othwr coworkers asking to pick up shifts

we do not have a regional manager and our center manager is never here or holding herself accountable for the downfall of this company. she has been hiring employees that would be a great candidate as a friend than to actually hire reliable employees. rarely supplies, cust. complaints never answered
