What did you like most about the interview process?
I got a call the next day after applying, and a interview the next day.
It was very relaxed and just felt more like a conversation. Granted this is when I was hired under a different franchise. Our current one has a mess of an interview process and I'm very happy I didn't have to go through it.

how detailed the questions are and how we get to meet multiple people

They acted like the company was the best place to work ever in life
They made you feel super welcome, and definitely were able to fake this being a caring company with good pay. It was nice while it lasted.

I liked the person I interviewed with who was the old manager. She treated me like an acrual person with needs while this new manager treats me like garbage
It felt professional and promsing.
The interview was virtual so it was convenient.

I wasn't hired then later got called after the person they chose quit
It was Easy going and straightforward. Little did i know it wouldn't be anything like that.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The managers doing the interview could be way better
Make the question more meaningful.

During my interview franchisee had me work unpaid. Franchisee insulted me and my family. Franchisee made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Franchisee commented on my appearance in a multitude of inappropriate ways. If I had not needed this job I would not of taken it. I had constant doubts.
Not sure I wish I knew what I was getting into I would have preferred to interview at a fast food place before I would if ever worked there.
