Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Higher hourly pay. Calculating tips shouldn't count as pay, especially when it varies from day to day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Feel undervalued because this job should be about customer service, not sales. We are licensed professionals with clients who love and respect us, yet if we do not sell enough we might as well be trash. Bonuses in the service industry should be based on customer satisfaction, not KPIs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Less cattiness stop competing with each other
