I work part time so i dont have heslth benefits
love the great bonuses you receive for putting in the hard work !
Easy to understand and fair
As a GSA it was no cap on commission so I was paid $9/hr but was actually making about $23/hr. Now in upper management and we get monthly bonuses and there is a clear path on how to max out your bonuses
they are offering insurance for us now
The bonuses you can make
The pay is good an incentives are motivating
When we all get 5% commission

comp is competitive in the market

Wellness benefits, 401k, individual health, and discounts on services and products

If we meet our monthly/weekly goals, we get a bonus. Which is nice because it helps you want to stay focused and upsell.

We do make commission for sales.

We receive bonus on payroll off commision.

Earnings are commission based and are unlimited.
Higher hourly pay. Calculating tips shouldn't count as pay, especially when it varies from day to day.
Feel undervalued because this job should be about customer service, not sales. We are licensed professionals with clients who love and respect us, yet if we do not sell enough we might as well be trash. Bonuses in the service industry should be based on customer satisfaction, not KPIs.

More hours or higher pay based on experience, reviews & requests
I have no benefits, but they want I work harder, even cleaning the bathrooms when I'm a waxer. Changing my beacks backwards to a no show, when I was there waiting for my costumer. My raise depend on how much I work or sell every 6 months. If I don't do the quote, I dont get rise. For 1 point.
never listened or never followed through with anything
Licensed commission employees, who went to SCHOOL, should not be having 95% of THEIR money taken from them. Also, no PTO or benefits, and you're lucky if they allow you to work full time.

Upper management is obviously apathetic towards their entire staff with an elitist diaposition
They expect us to do so much for so little
The pay is not fair
I felt undervalued because of a lack of training. I was basically ignored or irritated Kristi Nizich for asking questions. She did not give me the same type of hands on training that she gave my coworker Katie. As for my compensation, I only want my w2 so I can be done with this.
Bringing back the minimal commission from the prior pay structure, in addition to AT LEAST but not limited to, the state minimum wage would be a start
Better incentives, higher bonus pay out
Review from Operations Dept
I feel undervalued because im doing way more work then I'm getting paid for . The company its self does not pay well only $8 a hour . We make the money off the clients not the company. But the company has insane expectations and terrible management.
I feel undervalued because I literally thought i was doing a great job and nodody ever written me up , talk to me , or gave me a warning and i got Fired for No apparent reason . Plus they sent it through email . Plus the new manager that ive never worked with fired me which is the even crazier part
401 k match would be nice
Yes super undervalued and unappreciated
they changed the pay structure so we get paid less
The franchisee makes constant mistakes and blames the employees. Has us work more than what our job title intels. She has no customer service to work the front desk. She wrongfully writes people up, and talks to us in a disrespectful manner. I can go on and on.
If we got more compensation for selling wax passes.

The manager lies about things.
