Customer Service and the ability to talk directly to a person.

Fanduel has grown immensely over the past three years I've worked there which brings greatesmployee culture but also struggles. Yealy compensation growth is standard unless you qualify for a promotion. Corporate culture is growing at Fanduel.

Web interface is user friendly.

Customer Service does surreptitious things to people and suspends their accounts over what I do not know
