Fanduel has grown immensely over the past three years I've worked there which brings greatesmployee culture but also struggles. Yealy compensation growth is standard unless you qualify for a promotion. Corporate culture is growing at Fanduel.

We are always growing .

We get treated like robots for HORRIBLE pay. I am working 2 part time jobs on top of 52 hours a week coming out to almost 65 hours a week because FanDuel because they pays us $49,000. I have been job hunting for the last 3 months because there is no incentive to want to work here.

Work here is lovely okay

This is one of the best places that I've worked. They are understanding when life happens and very helpful when it comes to the job at hand.

There is a long term incentive plan

Health insurance is the best part. Unlimited PTO is not unlimited as they state.

After being at Fanduel for three years I've grown to take on a lot more responsibility and job requirements from people and managers who are no longer in my team but have not been recognized fairly for compensation and promotions.

FanDuel was quick. I went through 4 rounds in one week and received an offer by the end of Friday. This is insanely quick and appears to be the norm after talking to others within the company.
