The majority of my direct reports are at a caliber that is well above average. My team has very strong leaders, and they really love working for Flowserve.
The perception is that people come first, so it seems on the surface that things are great. The more I learn about the company, the more I realize how much the culture needs improving
Quality is not a priority. Accountability does not exist. Supervisors are overloaded with responsibilities, so they are not able to provide enough attention to each department, to make it run successfully. There is no training. OMS procedures are out of date/nonexistent.
There were specific things that were said during my interview process that lead me to believe, i am being compensated at a rate not reflective of my abilities, but based on what the other supervisors make? I don't feel this is how it should be.
Accountability. There are multiple avenues across the CHP facility that need help. Every where I have turned for direction/guidance in the last 3 months, has been very frustrating. I have had limited resources to complete my tasks successfully. There are some quality issues I'd like to see resolved
