Good environment startup but experienced mentality
People are becoming very frustrated with the management of the company
The company is just starting to turn a profit, but has neglected its workers for so long they are struggling to keep good people. The managers that they have promoted are not leders who inspire good work. They are out for themselves and do not show concern for the front line employees.

Management is the “Good Ol’ Boy” system. If you’re not your manager’s favorite then don’t expect much as far as raises and promotions are nonexistent. Basically employees are just numbers and not acknowledge
