Everyone wants to help if you ask

I have a great team and the team calls are usually a safe space for everyone to share what is going on or what is on their mind.

Everyone in out team is helpful and wants the best for the team and company

The people chosen to be trainers are very respectful and have a good work ethic. There are little to no employees otherwise found on the team to earn that role. Everyone else seems to take advantage of doing little work as possible and using alllll paid time off.

There are good people at GF. Smart people too. They all also want to leave as soon as possible.

People are experience and friendly. But less and less experience people left. Company only hiring new grads now

For the most part the team is dedicated, their is just no support or direction from the exeutive team and immediate suprivisors

Poeple need to remember that we are all working together for the same goal. We are all on the same team.

Gut the entire management system and train new managers to be leaders.
