- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Allow loyal employees with good work ethic that have not used all their personal/sick time (that everyone else seems to take advantage of) to be converted to cash or applied to vacation bank.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?This company CANNOT afford more call outs and employees that take advantage of PTO while those with better work ethic are paid less than or equal. Allow employees to cash personal/sick time or apply it to vacation bank.
