Full tour of the fab with opportunities to ask questions
Very supportive interactions, you feel you join a good team
All interviews were very friendly, they are desperate getting new people on board
Everyone was super friendly however I didn't realize how desperately they needed people
Interview is easy and cannot really tell too much things for the hiring.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Lots of lies. Lots of misrepresention of truths that you only realize after a little time in GF. Think of sterotype of military recruiters. GF is the same.
