Seeing the people you care for and whom work for you. Stop seeing nothing but dollar signs in your pocket and start helping. Reimburse people who have to take trainings to do their jobs because YOU WON'T pay for it ... then LIE that you will follow through on the reimbursement ....

Respect all people including people of color

Create more progressive policies especially for lower management/department heads. Better WFH policy for those who dont HAVE to be in the building to complete their entire job

Seek management training. Get a real HR dept.

Leadership team is not committed to their employees. They are back biting and extremely clique-y.

There were hardworking and dedicated nurses, lpns, cnas and therapists that worked at the Tulsa, OK facility. They ALL worked tirelessly to assist all clients

Some people are very friendly

Management needs to treat Everyone equally

Just scrape the company. It needs to start again.

More determined minded individuals who are willing to work as well as help others consequences for their actions

Leadership has to improve with communication, coworkers should work as a team, patients should be treated fairly, employees need to feel appreciated as if they are valued.

Better benefits, better pay, better management, better staff to patient ratios, better supplies, more caring doctors, better recognition for the important things like good patient care and more help when needed to floor staff. Management is scared to leave the conference room

Managers don't listen. Insist they are right all the time. Training was terrible. Do not value their employees.

Better leaders and hire people who want to work.

Patients have complained about their care on numerous occasions. Forms have been filled out on numerous occasions. The staff in these facilities need to be looked at.
