  • Increase staffing and spread the acutely out among the nurses

  • Treat and compensate the nurses properly so they are not forced to resign and be overworked/underpaid. This company will never be able to retain nurses at the rate they are going. It's disgusting. How can consumers expect their loved ones to be cared for when the employees are not cared for?

  • Have professionals who are over the age of 30 Handle marketing and social services as well as admissions Unless they are extremely professional

Asked to all employees at HCR ManorCare

Their nurses are treated like garbage, so there is no healthy balance of life and work. On days before having to work there, the nurses can't even enjoy days off because they are so stressed and anxious about what management is going to do next to make their jobs that much worse. The nurses are forced to resign because the management puts them in a position to hate life and work so much because of the way management treats them. There have even been reports of nurses having heart attacks because of the amount of stress they experience because of the poor treatment of management.

  • Depends on the manager. Some managers allow employees to work from home, be flexible with start/end times. Other managers will literally use a stopwatch to clock the amount of time an employee takes to go to the bathroom.
