Scheduling is chaotic and not acing defined roles by office staff is confusing. More and more people are in need of care but less people are willing to do it for the same pay as a fast food employee.

The whole office gets involved. It seems dispite their title, any and everyone in the office is abreast of your business. Also the Oncall staff is slow to report personal issues that might effect your upcoming schedule, especially on weekends.

I am working 45-50 hours a week. The clients are angry about schedule changes and the caregivers are too.

Unqualified, overwhelmed and not understanding of the clients needs when scheduling times. Also they are disregarding union policies and are behind on everything from insurance paperwork for new hires to badges for new hires.

There is none. I have spoken to every member of the office staff because there is no real designation of authority or roles.
