Q&A With Brightstar Employees

The wireless industry moves fast. And so do we. What’s innovative today might become outdated tomorrow, so we have to be able to see the big picture and sweat the small details. Doing that successfully takes trust, teamwork and a knack for making the complicated simple.

Asked to all employees at Brightstar

  • Not very good. The supervisors don't back you up. Client's daughter told them I wasn't taking care of client. Instead of checking it out, they terminated me, BY EMAIL with no explanation. I had PT, speech therapist, home health nurse, and various family members arrive unannounced numerous times each week, always dressed, bathed, clean, eating, drinking, toileting, etc.... anyone can say anything they want about you and nobody will back you up.
