What does the leadership team need to get better at?Seeing the people you care for and whom work for you. Stop seeing nothing but dollar signs in your pocket and start helping. Reimburse people who have to take trainings to do their jobs because YOU WON'T pay for it ... then LIE that you will follow through on the reimbursement ....
