Decent pay rates, good vacation day accrual.
Compensation tends toward the low side of market averages. Company attempts to make up for this in non-tangible ways.
To make scale with other maintenance supervisor in other buildings and not to feel like I'm going to get fired at every review
Expect lawyers hours without lawyers type compensation from lower management/rehab managers

We are nurses and CNAs around sick people everyday and have the worst health insurance you can get.
At times yes; over work for what we get

I deserved help and a chance to fix my life Other nurses get this chance and haven't been there nearly as long as I had. I deserved help and at the very least unemployment compensation. They are cruel and heartless corporation. I would not recommend anyone to work there. The pay is lower than most

the health insurance is the worst
If it was raised to what the rest of the country STNAs make. We work harder and more physical then anybody in the building. We should get paid a better wage.
Company paid benefits for starters. That would help...
Corporate leadership is focused on profit rather than original founder mission to make profit AND provide customer service.
