Managers don't listen. Insist they are right all the time. Training was terrible. Do not value their employees.

Always come into work to a mess and have to clean it up because the shift before me would not help to clean it up

management needs to change to be effective
Too much work and harrassment. Need help, not yelling. Move the smokers-its hard to breath.
Too much work placed on the Frontline staff with minimal understanding from management.
Lack Of teamwork.
2007 sale of HRC to Carlyle and then 2016 sell-off of valuable real estate to HCP. Facilities are decaying. NO maintenance.
