I love the work that I do at Cleo. I am frustrated with the lack of support from leadership, lack of fair wages for basic needs like chikdcare, constantly silenced by management. Cleo makes promises yet keeps you immbolized with no upward movement. Overall cleo does not stand behind their mission

The passion people have for the product. However, cleo does not provide to their employees what they preach in their mission. Our intellectual property is contantly taken advantage of as we are asked to use our expertise to create content without appropriate compensation.

I have a desire to promote within the company and use my skills and expertise to improve the experience of our members. However, there is no upward mobility for my organization, there is no step system in place, and an overall lack of investment in personal growth of their employees

The compensation at Cleo for my role is well under market value. I cannot afford childcare at the wage i am currently paid. There is no adjustment for locality, high education or certifications. Overall in a company thst promotes supporting work life balance I struggle to even work with the low wage
