It's fairly rare in my experience to have a large team of people that mostly identify as female and are all nice and supportive to each other! I love that we collaborate and help each other and there's no jealousy or cattiness.
The way we can lift each other up and step in to support when needed. The diverse professional backgrounds and locations is also really great.
