What benefits does Intermedia provide?
Very low 401k match, no parental leave, and skimpy PTO. The health insurance is decent, but no contribution to HSA.

How's the leadership on the Sales team at Intermedia?
The Sales dept. is run by Eric Martorano, our CRO. He came to Intermedia from Microsoft and knows how to run a scalable sales team. He's brought in some really strong sales leadership talent from the likes of Microsoft, Cisco, Ingram Micro and more. Record sales numbers month after month!

The CEO cares about employees and is passionate about the business. He's made a lot of great efforts to connect with employees more and I think people feel that.
The CEO is not respected and keeps his distance from employees. They need to become a team to address competition.
