The empowerment to cross "silos" and division lines for the benefit of our clients and to get results. There is not a competitive nature at most of the company; collaboration is rewarded and signled out.
We all are like minded individuals, so we have similar work ethics and expectations. This means you never have the fear that only one person is part of the solution, but rather it's truly collaborative. Bad apples don't last long because of this as well.
