The most positive thing is leadership

Employees first everything else will fall into place

The empowerment to cross "silos" and division lines for the benefit of our clients and to get results. There is not a competitive nature at most of the company; collaboration is rewarded and signled out.

ive been remote and its nice and less stress

Mostly personable. For some people work life balance is great. Some people get vacations some are buried by excessive workloads and can't take their vacation.

Transparecy with all levels of leadership.
