We have a structured interview process, with the ability to move people through quickly if they are the right fit, without shortcutting our vetting process. Our interview process has been greatly improved over time and our recent hires are a testament to our interview process.

It is cliche, but we work hard and play hard. Spirited games of foos ball/ping pong and nerf guns help to keep things loose. We really feel like a big family and everyone gets along well. We support each other and jump into help each other out.
