My interview to join the company took place 13 years ago, prior to our split from Agilent. What I remember from it was that I was asked insightful and meaningful questions during the interview.
They have consistently showed compassion and support for employees. Despite the challenges (fires, 2020, etc) the top priority has always been the health and safety of its employees and their actions demonstrate their commitment to this priority.
In all the years that I've been with Keysight, not once have I ever had a question about when my paycheck would deposit, and never questioned the accuracy of my compensation. I can't say this has been my experience at other companies outside of Keysight.
