they need to have a better work attitude - management all the way down to the frontline worker
I as well as my fellow co-workers feel extremely undervalued. management has not clue one how to properly manage the business. we are constantly left with shortages of items to operate our venue effectively.
the company has a bad track record about following up on interviews for potential applicants ..in my case it took 5 months and several phone calls to lock them down for the second interview.
our managers , especially the HR department need to remember to encourage the mostly positive aspects of all our workers and foster a positive environment , there problem is they have not the back bone to properly discipline the bad apples.
they have no interpersonal skills , they would rather write you up for a small infraction of negligible consequence that address the situation , they are more concerned about their yearly bonuses and do what they can to attain them , such as cutting and overworking staff personnel.
the management of the company is horrible , just to get something fixed - like a cabinet door - takes months before they get to it. They penny pinch to appear to cut down on there costs. our purchasing department makes to many mistakes and is still rewarded because they kept their cost low.
