It seems like everyone shows up to work on good projects. People are engaged in their projects and no one is trying to go it alone at the expense of others.
Getting to work with pleasant and very talented people. Spending 8 hours a day away from my family would be difficult if not for the fact that I get to interact with a fantastic group of people.
The team is always willing to make mistakes (run experiments, take risks) and learn from them. Failure isn't punished as long as the bets that were made were the right ones (mitigate risk, accept outcomes, hope to reap rewards).
I think we have a high bar, but we want to make sure that people are going to be successful in their roles here. It's fair and tries to mitigate a lot of unconscious bias around [lack of] diversity.
We have a unique business and it requires a wide range of expertise and knowledge. The Leadership Team has a range of experiences, both from within and outside of "tech," and I'm glad to see a diversity of background that will lead us forward.
