I have always enjoyed working with my team members. The teams consistently asks what more they can do to help one another, and it creates a sense of cohesiveness.

I think that as a company we are strapped for bandwidth and talent. Because of that, teams are forced to take on more than they, and employees, can handle. Because of budget, employees can't be compensated appropriately. To simply put it, if you are good at your job, you will be given 2X that.

We were told not to use the word "fast" in 2023. It's still a mindset. I am someone who works fast and efficiently, so I have a huge red flag pop up when I am no longer working fast enough to get projects done. It's also when work gets sloppy and mistakes happen.
