I work with great people, feel I have some freedom and flexibility to manage my own time. Although, it is very fast paced with almost no downtime most days. We were presented with some serious challenges over the past couple years. The team is really coming together and addressing those challenges. The company is trending in the right direction as a whole.

I was able to engage with leadership at some point to discuss compensation and we came to a mutual agreement on what compensation. So the best part about my comp package is that I was able to have that discussion and come to an agreement on it.
