I only joined the company three months ago, but so far everyone has been extremely welcoming. It is a very dynamic and complex place, but the culture and the support provided is wonderful.

The leadership team has demonstrated time and again their dedication to the ideals and goals of Madison College. They walk the walk as well as talking the talk, and truly put students' interests first.

This is nothing against my coworkers, I just prefer to work completely remotely due to social anxiety. My coworkers are fine people, but I don't intend to have a social life while at work.

Interacting with faculty and students and learning about and encouraging their passions for learning and education. I do not live to work, and working does provide joy- but seeing the impact of what I do brings fulfillment.
