Overall, it is a good work environment. You feel supported and there are clear and reasonable goals. There are a few fundamental issues, one being that there is a divide between departments and a lack in communication. You also to not reap the benefits of a typical office job, the hours aren't ideal

I love my team! We all see each other first as friends and people, then as co-workers. I enjoy the playful dynamic each and every day.

We tend to have a very encouraging environment. Most of the co-workers and management have a reasonable amount of encouragement and positive ways to uplift each other.

My manger in particular is the best manager I have ever had. He is enjoyable as a boss and a human being. He had the skill set to listen and direct based on each individuals needs. He is humble, yet also confident. And no matter how stressed he is, he will always listen to you.

I feel that as a human being and team member that I am valued. But, my hourly rate is too low. This job is very emotionally and mentally draining. I make a little over 17 per hour + commission and it is not enough with gas prices and inflation. I would like to make at least $22 per hour.
