They are always transparent about what is going on with the team.

I enjoyed how flexible they were here and let the interview be either in person or remote. I also liked how quickly they got back with us regarding a decision- they got back in 2 days.. And they were very communicative the whole time.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
Everyone is very kind and welcoming. I also like how easy-going yet motivating the management team is. I've worked at other places that get on you for stopping to talk at all with coworkers, and Matic is a nice change from that. The managers are very understanding, as well.

I think our team is always willing to go the extra mile for each other, whether in personal areas or in work situations. They are really giving, especially when someone is in need. Regarding work, from personal experience, they are always willing to make time to help each other out with questions.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
I enjoy working with my coworkers. I also enjoy being able to work in an environment where the management works hard not to be micro-managing because that actually motivates me to work harder, knowing that we have the freedom to work hard on our own but we won't be critiqued every 5 minutes.
