Great. It's a mature company with plenty of parents. People understand the necessity of taking care of your family.

Generally through surveys, direct management recommendations, etc.
How's the vacation policy at MediaMath?
It's different depending on where you're based, but the US has an unlimited PTO policy. Just check with your manager.
Does MediaMath have any remote positions?
Tons. We're a very well distributed company.

They always have time for you. I've stopped the president in the hall to ask a question many times and always got a thoughtful response.
