What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are Honest people with a vision
SLT needs to be focused on building a product for the long run as opposed to running behind every opportunity
They always have time for you. I've stopped the president in the hall to ask a question many times and always got a thoughtful response.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is industry standard. I'm happy with it
Great match, reasonable 401k offering (Voya) and overall good package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make our salaries atleast competitive in the Local region
What are some of the best things about your team?
Amazing Team. No egos. Great techinical and business knowledge
Everyone is hard working and creative. We use a surprisingly large amount of new technology, so everyone's engaged.

Flexibility to choose technologies. Unlimited PTO without any questions being asked

What did you like most about the interview process?
Not trying to ask unusually hard leetcode questions to test some weird algorithms at the same time judge the ability to code.
