The manager who interviewed me either pretended to be unaware of the company culture or was genuinely, authentically unaware - yet he is in a position to make dangerous, life-altering decisions for coworkers & employees that also affect company business.
Practice basic ethics & morality, don't spend company time contributing to imposter syndrome or sabotaging employees, practice what you preach, refrain from psychological harm, don't gaslight. No need to appoint any human being as a sacrificial lamb, every employee deserves basic human dignity.
Don't purposely create problems, only provide feedback that is constructive to your employees. Was told feedback is not provided unless specifically requested, but that is essential to having a strong, productive team. Don't lie or be dishonest, don't project your insecurities onto others.
Why does the management team refuses to answer simple questions? I was specifically told to keep quiet during meetings when my help was needed. Don't bring people on to do a job, then hypocritically disable & deny the essential tools in order for them to perform their job.
