What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it is always competitive in the market and will make adjustments such as pay raises if needed. Also gives tenure raises.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt the insurance was too steep for a family person it would have taken most of my check to cover a family of 4 Sad! As well as the pay was just enough to make my rent I need more than enough.

environment was nice and comfortable it was the management that made it uneasy at times
