Stop treating people as expendable assets. Nurture individuals with empathy, communication and inter-personal skills into leadership roles and support them through their journey.

Practice basic ethics & morality, don't spend company time contributing to imposter syndrome or sabotaging employees, practice what you preach, refrain from psychological harm, don't gaslight. No need to appoint any human being as a sacrificial lamb, every employee deserves basic human dignity.
