Being able to communicate with a bunch of different people in a bunch of different areas and get a project across the finish line in time.

Anytime we have to work together on a project it feels like all of us are pulling in the same direction and aren't afraid to pushback respectfully when we disagree withing one another.

Communication and transparency with the company's direction thru the last few years of COVID and returning to normal have been stellar. It seems like the everyday employee's life was taken into account whether it be WFH or other things.
