Leadership needs to give more autonomy and strategic freedom to non-Norweigian employees. To that end, they should also start treating non-Norweigians as humans. Biggest advice: Get rid of the old gaurd & old tech infastrcuture so you can actually become a modern media house before its too late
With how things are managed, its impossible to have constructive collaboration on anything. International teams take on a passive/aggressive nature in nearly all interactions. Best advice: Stop competing internally, and think bigger & outside the box.
The company needs to define its company values & mission in a way that speaks to someone other than a stockholder or board memeber. All major "culture" decisions are based on the egos or career advancement of senior managment (or their bonuses).
