This company is the best company I’ve worked for. It’s not perfect and people complain, but we’re going through a lot of changes and people tend to not like change. The changes taking place are significant to everyone’s job. The implementation of these changes has been less than
Middle management is over worked with unrealistic expectstions and timelines. Leaders and employees are not able to make simple decisions. Some upper leadership retaliate against those with different opinions. Benefits are good, but dont expect consistent salary increases consistent with inflation.
Its just a low paying job.
