A great company to work for with great potential.
What do people at ONE Gas think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
This is a trick question because CEO's in general, in every big company, are sociopaths that believe themselves to be above the rest because they have MBAs and are white males. They could improve by not giving themselves million dollar bonuses and then offering 2% to 4% salary increases for everyone else.
How's the work life balance at ONE Gas?
It's ok, PT and Vacation time is allotted at the beginning of your personal hire calendar, so no need to accrue.... but they still make you drive to an office even if you could perform your duties remotely, as if... I honestly believe people would be happier if they could work from home and get more things done .
